Terms And Conditions

1. Eligibility

  • The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry, except where prohibited by law.
  • Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, participating partners, and their immediate family members or members of their household are not eligible to participate.
  • Participants must have a public Instagram profile at the time of entry and remain public through the winner-selection and verification process.

2. Promotional Period

  • The Promotion begins on Thursday, September 24, 2026 and ends on Friday, October 8, 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
  • Entries received outside of the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

3. How to Enter

To enter, during the Promotion Period, participants must:

  1. Follow CasaBlanca Resort & Casino on Instagram.
  2. Like the designated Promotion collaboration post shared by the Participating Properties.
  3. Comment on the collaboration post.
  4. Tag three (3) friends in the comment whom they would bring along for a whole new adventure in Mesquite.
  5. Maintain a public Instagram profile through the winner-selection and verification process.

Only eligible entries associated with the designated collaboration post will be considered. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple comments or tags do not increase an entrant’s odds of winning. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, automated, generated through artificial means, or otherwise violate these Official Rules.

4. Random Drawing and Odds

  • One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
  • The drawing will take place on or about October 8, 2026. The odds of being selected depend on the number of eligible entries received.

5. Winner Notification

  • The potential winner will be notified via Instagram direct message (DM) using the Instagram account associated with the winning entry.
  • The potential winner must respond within [48 hours] of the initial notification, or the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.
  • The potential winner may be required to verify eligibility and provide information necessary to facilitate fulfillment of the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for a winner’s failure to receive or respond to a notification due to privacy settings, technical difficulties, failure to monitor direct messages, or any other reason beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.
  • Sponsor will never require a winner to provide payment, purchase anything, or provide a password in order to claim the prize.

6. Prize

  • Approximate Retail Value: $1,800.
  • All prize elements are subject to availability, applicable terms and conditions, and any applicable blackout dates or restrictions. Hotel accommodations, dining credits, spa, golf, transportation, bowling, hot springs, and promotional free play are subject to the applicable property or vendor rules.
  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be substituted, exchanged, or redeemed for cash, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize or prize component of equal or greater value if a stated prize or component becomes unavailable.
  • Any taxes or expenses associated with acceptance or use of the prize that are not expressly stated herein are the sole responsibility of the winner.

One (1) winner will receive the following Ultimate Mesquite Adventure — Group Getaway for 4 prize package:

  1. Two (2)-night stay at CasaBlanca Resort & Casino for four (4) guests, consisting of two (2) rooms.
  2. One (1) reserved cabana.
  3. $500 food & beverage/dining credit.
  4. One (1) round of golf for four (4) OR one (1) massage for four (4).
  5. $25 free play for each of the four (4) guests.

The $25 promotional free play is subject to applicable casino rules, eligibility requirements, gaming regulations, and property policies. The winner must meet all applicable requirements to receive and use promotional free play. Sponsor reserves the right to require valid identification and/or completion of applicable documentation.

General Terms & Conditions

1. Participating Properties

Promotion is valid at Virgin River Casino & Lodge and CasaBlanca Resort & Casino only.

2. Eligibility & Membership

  • Participants must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Participants must hold an active Mesquite Journey Rewards card and be in compliance with the Mesquite Journey Rewards Club program terms and conditions. Membership in the program is free at the Rewards Club at either CasaBlanca Resort & Casino or Virgin River Casino & Lodge.
  • Participants must present a valid government-issued photo identification (ID) to participate and their Mesquite Journey Rewards card to collect or redeem any prize.
  • Points, prizes, and game plays are non-transferable and may not be shared, combined, or transferred to another person, entity or member account.
  • Mesquite Gaming reserves the right to change these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the updated terms and conditions, you should stop your participation.

3. Card Usage & Tracking

  • Each participant is solely responsible for ensuring their Mesquite Journey Rewards card is properly inserted into machines or presented to staff in advance to track play.
  • Mesquite Gaming is not responsible for untracked play resulting from machine malfunctions, card errors, participant negligence, or participants not complying with these terms and conditions.
  • Lost, stolen, or inactive cards are the responsibility of the participant. Missed plays or entries due to card issues will not be credited or replaced.

4. Prizes

  • Prizes may not be substituted or redeemed for cash unless explicitly permitted by Mesquite Gaming.
  • BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION OR ACCEPTING A PRIZE, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WINNERS RELEASE MESQUITE GAMING, ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND PARTICIPATING VENDORS FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY RELATED TO PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION OR THE AWARDING, RECEIPT, POSSESSION, USE, OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE.
  • Winners are solely responsible for all taxes, fees and expenses associated with any of the prizes, including all federal, state and local taxes. Winners accumulating two thousand dollars ($2,000) or more in promotional cash or non-cash prizes in a calendar year will receive an IRS Form 1099-MISC.

5. Publicity Release

By participating in a promotion, or accepting a prize, each winner grants Mesquite Gaming and its affiliates the right to use the participant’s name, image, likeness, and any statements for advertising and promotional purposes in any media without compensation.

6. Technical & Operational Issues

  • Mesquite Gaming is not responsible for system errors, power outages, or technical malfunctions that impact participation or prize distribution.
  • In the event of a discrepancy between printed promotional materials and these official terms and conditions, these terms and conditions will take precedence.

7. Disqualification

  • Any participant, member or guest who violates promotion terms, including these terms and conditions, tampers with any game, or behaves inappropriately or fraudulently may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Mesquite Gaming and its management.
  • Rewards Club cards are personal, and participants are not allowed to use another player’s card. Doing so may result in disqualification and revocation of membership and benefits for both parties.
  • Participants found attempting to circumvent participation limits (e.g., by using multiple accounts) will be disqualified and have their membership(s) revoked.

8. Management Rights

  • Mesquite Gaming and its management reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
  • All decisions by Mesquite Gaming regarding eligibility, rule interpretation, and prize distribution are final and binding.
  • Mesquite Gaming will resolve any dispute or situation not covered by these terms and conditions, and that decision is final and binding on all participants.
  • This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, participants release Instagram from any and all responsibility or liability related to this Promotion.
