The evening begins with a delicate Scallop Crudo paired with a crisp Sauvignon Blanc, followed by vibrant Lobster Tacos matched with a buttery Chardonnay. As the sun sets, we’ll move into richer territory with a classic Tomato Basil Bisque and Pinot Noir, culminating in a decadent 6oz Wagyu Filet served alongside the prestigious Symmetry Blend. We’ll round out the night on a high note with a silky Crème Brûlée and a signature Espresso Martini.
