Wedding Giveaway Official Rules

Both primary parties must be 21 years of age and older at the time of entry. Proof of age and identity may be required upon winning and prior to prize fulfillment.
This promotion is for new bookings only. Prizes cannot be applied to, substituted for, or used toward any existing bookings, active contracts, or previously scheduled events at the venue.
Valid for couples who reside within the 50 U.S. states
Employees of CasaBlanca Resort Casino Golf & Spa, Mesquite Gaming are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited by law.

Advance Reservation Required: Prize must be booked at least 60 days in advance and is strictly subject to venue and room availability.
Expiration Date: All elements of the prize package must be redeemed and the event held by December 31, 2027, or the prize will be forfeited in full.
Cancellation & Rescheduling: If the winner cancels or needs to reschedule after booking, room or venue dates cannot be guaranteed, and rescheduling fees or forfeiture of the prize may apply.

Guest Overage: Attendance is strictly capped at 50 guests, including the bridal party, total. Any additional guests, menu upgrades, specialized decor, extended hours, or bar service outside the “Signature Wedding Menu” and provided package are the sole financial responsibility of the winner.

Starter: Romaine wedge Greek salad with oregano vinaigrette
Entree: Chef’s choice of vegetable and starch, seabass with roasted red pepper coulis, or 12oz herb crusted prime rib cherrywood smoked
Dessert (choice of one): Chef’s choice of dessert, chocolate cake, cheesecake, 8” wedding cake – white only, plated fruit.
Alcohol Policy: Alcohol, service fees, or bartender fees are not included. All state/local liquor laws apply.
Incidental Costs: The winner is responsible for all non-included expenses, such as travel/transportation, taxes, gratuity, vendor tips, and personal incidental room charges (a credit card may be required at check-in).

Outside Vendors: Any outside vendors (e.g., photographer, DJ/band, florist) must be approved by management prior to the event and may be required to provide proof of liability insurance.
Damages & Conduct: The winner assumes responsibility for any damage to the property caused by themselves or their guests during the stay and event.

Eligibility Requirements: Open to legal residents aged 21 and older. Employees of the property are ineligible to enter.
Entries will be evaluated by a panel of judges, who will select the winner based on the originality and creativity of the love story submitted.
Publicity / Media Rights: By accepting the prize, the winner grants management permission to use photos, video footage, and names from the event for marketing and promotional purposes without additional compensation.
Taxes and Gratuity: The winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with the prize value ($4,300). Winners are subject to pay gratuities.
Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of platform or number of Facebook or Instagram accounts.
