Mesquite Journey Rewards Club Terms and Conditions

1. The Mesquite Journey Rewards Club (“Rewards Club”) is exclusive to Mesquite Gaming, LLC (“Mesquite Gaming”) and its affiliated gaming properties and subsidiaries, including CasaBlanca Resort & Casino and Virgin River Lodge & Casino.
2. Members must be 21 years of age or older to join the Rewards Club. Membership in the Rewards Club is free.
3. Application for membership and participation in the Rewards Club constitutes acceptance of these Mesquite Journey Rewards Club Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) and any additional terms that may be provided or presented to you in connection with the Rewards Club.
4. Subject to applicable legal requirements, by joining the Rewards Club, you agree to receive promotional offers and updates and informational communications from Mesquite Gaming and its properties, affiliates, and partners. A member may withdraw consent for marketing email communications and set email communication preferences for the Rewards Club by visiting a Mesquite Gaming rewards desk or by following the instructions in a marketing email. Even if you opt out of marketing emails, you may still receive direct mail and other program-related communications from Mesquite Gaming.
5. A valid, unexpired government-issued photo identification (ID) (e.g., driver’s license, passport, or military ID) is required for enrollment in the Rewards Club and all related account transactions, including signing up for membership, requesting card reprinting, and redeeming points or comps.
6. Rewards Club accounts, membership cards, and benefits are non-transferable (including upon death, divorce, or by operation of law) and are not valid in conjunction with any other offer or promotion (except as otherwise explicitly allowed by Mesquite Gaming).
7. Each member may only have one Rewards Club account. Duplicate accounts may be deleted at Mesquite Gaming’s sole discretion, and any benefits will be forfeited. All benefits associated with membership in the Rewards Club, including points, tier benefits, and offers, have no independent cash value and may not be substituted or exchanged.
8. Rewards Club tier credit evaluations are completed on a twelve-month basis, for the period of: February 1st through January 31st. Card tier qualification is based on a member’s recorded Rewards Club play activity. Tier status is valid once earned and continues through the end of the evaluation period following the applicable period in which the member earns the status.
9. Effective November 19, 2026: Points are valid as long as the Member obtains at least one tier credit every twelve months. If the Member does not obtain any tier credits within a twelve-month period, the entire point balance will expire.
10. Mesquite Gaming is not responsible for lost or stolen Rewards Club cards or lost or misdirected mail or other communications due to incorrect information provided by a member. Please visit a Mesquite Gaming rewards desk if you need a new card.
11. Each Rewards Club member must select a personal identification number (PIN) for its member account. Each Rewards Club member is responsible for keeping its PIN secure at all times and is responsible for all transactions related to the account. Mesquite Gaming is not responsible for any losses or issues arising out of or related to the use of a member’s account by any person other than member, including unauthorized access through mobile or online accounts or disclosure of a PIN.
12. Rewards Club cards are personal, and Rewards Club members may not allow cards to be used by others, including for the purpose of accruing rewards. Rewards Club cards will be used to track play by the Rewards Club member account holder only.
13. To receive certain Rewards Club benefits, it is the responsibility of the member to present its Rewards Club card for tracking before playing table games, bingo, or other games and to properly insert the card into the slot reader and verify its acceptance throughout the duration of slot machine play. Benefits of the applicable member for all play, except slot machine play, are based on the member presenting its card for tracking and observation by casino personnel, which, in some instances, may be subject to error. If a member claims a discrepancy, Mesquite Gaming will review the claim and make a determination as to whether an error was made; Mesquite Gaming’s decision is final and binding, to the extent permitted by law.
14. Alleged account discrepancies should be immediately reported to a representative at the Mesquite Gaming rewards desk, at least within 24 hours of discovery of the alleged discrepancy, to be eligible for reconsideration by Mesquite Gaming.
15. Each Rewards Club member is responsible for any taxes, fees, and expenses associated with any of the Rewards Club tier benefits (e.g., taxes on any awarded trips or events, if applicable).
16. Mesquite Gaming reserves the right to revoke, alter, or cancel the Rewards Club and/or any related points, promotions, and offers to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. The continued availability of Rewards Club points, promotions, and benefits are not guaranteed.
17. Mesquite Gaming reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions. We may make the updated Terms and Conditions available online or by any other reasonable means. You can access and review the most current version of these Terms and Conditions at Mesquite Journey Rewards desk or by visiting: playmesquite.com/journey-rewards. If you do not agree to the updated Terms and Conditions, you should stop your participation in the Rewards Club. Your continued participation in the Rewards Club and use of your card after the effective date posted at the top of these Terms and Conditions will constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
18. Members who are not legally permitted to gamble, have opted into any gaming regulatory self-limit or self-exclusion program, or have been excluded by a government program, government agency, or Mesquite Gaming are not eligible to participate in the Rewards Club and forfeit all rights to any benefits under the Rewards Club.
19. Rewards Club cards, including the visual appearances of the cards (e.g., images and illustrations on the cards), are the property of Mesquite Gaming and may not be duplicated or copied for use without the express written permission of Mesquite Gaming. Additionally, Rewards Club cards must be surrendered by members upon Mesquite Gaming’s request.
20. Upon enrollment in the Rewards Club, each member agrees that any information provided and/or collected in connection with the Rewards Club is subject to the terms of the Mesquite Gaming Privacy Policy (which is available at playmesquite.com/privacy-policy) and each member consents to the sharing of its personal and other information with affiliates and partners of Mesquite Gaming in accordance with the Mesquite Gaming Privacy Policy and applicable law.
21. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mesquite Gaming will resolve any dispute or situation related to the Rewards Club and these Terms and Conditions and its decision will be final and binding. Mesquite Gaming reserves the rights to take appropriate legal action to recover damages, including its reasonable attorneys’ fees incurred in prosecuting or defending any lawsuit or other administrative or legal process related to the Rewards Club. These Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
